Dango Sampler Plate: dango sampler with red bean and teapot on red cloth

Dango Sampler Plate is a sweet finish that is simpler than it looks. Shiratamako makes the silkiest mochi, while mochiko is easier to find and slightly chewier. Sifting matcha before adding liquid is the single best way to avoid clumps. Taste as you go and adjust the seasoning to your liking.
