1. Store returns
If you are not happy with a product, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. To start a return, email info@easysushirecipe.com with your order number.
2. Exceptions
- Opened pantry items (rice, seaweed, sesame, noodles) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged.
- Knives that have been used or sharpened cannot be returned unless defective.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
3. Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
4. Shipping costs
Original shipping charges are refundable only when the return is due to our error. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.
5. Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
6. Membership
You may cancel your membership at any time from your account page and keep access until the end of the paid period. Monthly memberships ($9.99) are not refunded for partial months. Annual memberships ($99.99) may be refunded in full if you request it within 14 days of purchase; after that, access continues until the end of the year.
